  I didn't have to wait too long, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They accept scratches under 5 cm. No hidden costs (except 5 euros to wash the car). One one my best car rental experience in Spain where it is often a scam.

  The booking was confirmed by InterCar/Europecar on Fuerteventura. On the pickup spent more than an hour at the counter arguing with the staff who tried to sell us extra insurances and add-ons and who practically forced us to pay extra 60 euros to be able to use the vehicle on the whole island. Deceitful conditions, unacceptable service. Waste of time and a complete rip off. Book your car elsewhere.
