  Very bad customer experience in conclusion. I strongly suggest to avoid them if you can. Here is a picture of our first hours of holidays on the island thanks to Europcar.

  We had reservation with other company but the refuse to give the card because of debit card so couldn't take our car form them. We tried at Europcar without reservation we got a car in half an hour!!! Only 2 ladies worked but they tried to the best for us!!

  Zlodzieje. Online placisz dana sume a na miejscu wymyslaja glupie rzeczy za ktore trzeba placic. Nie masz karty kredytosej to nie dasz depozytu. Bez sensu

  The car we were given was ok but with many scratches and bumps on it. There were absolutely no indications to find the guy who is giving your vehicle on the parking and trust me he was pretty well hidden in his car!

  One of the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Their computer system seems to be extremely archaic and slow. Imagine a line of more than 15 persons waiting and about 30 minutes per client before getting served. The result was terrible and it ruined our first day of vacation considering than the waiting at the balcony took almost as long as our flight from Paris itself! Adding to this, employees with absolutely no empathy trying to up sale us more options, upgrade us on a higher class vehicle and wasting even more time giving maps of the island with their partners on it!
