  Very good service, good food, great swimming pool. Rooms do need a bit of maintenance tho, some broken tiles.

  This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Our room is right above the loading bay, the patio furniture had not been cleaned since the day it was put there. When we asked for another room they completely ignored us, we even got our rep involved and they were going to give us another room but we had to be out the room we were in by 1000hrs on Saturday morning and we would not be allocated another room till after 1400hrs. We eventually said we would keep the room but would like our patio furniture changed for a clean set. Two days later the changed one of the patio chairs. The food is alright nothing fancy ( Definitely Not a **** Hotel). The staff are very arrogant towards the British Tourists. If you spoke any other language apart from English then they could not do enough for you. Also this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, the nearest big town is a 20 -30 minute bus ride. Hate this place. Thank god we go home tomorrow.

  My partner and I had the most wonderful stay. The food was varied and fresh and always plenty of it! The staff were always very accommodating and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding. Couldn't fault it! ... We will definitely return in the future.

  Great facilities. Fun activities by the team. A bit worn den. Beach nearby is great, and shopping opportunities are plentiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly

  The resort is mainly Italian and German but the staff included us and all spoke english. If your wanting vibrant nightlife and a Benidorm culture this place isn't for you. If you want to experience a great balance between culture, relaxation and fun then I defiantly recommend it. We're hoping to go back for Christmas. Happy holidays x

  Myself and my daughter stayed for 11 nights. Initially I was concerned after reading other reviews but It was amazing. The hotel was fully booked and our initial room was not great but reception moved us straight away. We had room 5058. Sea views and daily room service.
