  Good value for money. Nothing spectacular good and also cannot pinpoint any bad about it. Everything was as expected no bad experience at all. Would recommend for families and friends who are looking for relaxation rather than excitement. Car rental recommend as the closest beach not the best on the island. But surrounding villages has maybe the living night life with good shops and restaurants.

  We stayed all inclusive for a week and the hotel has everything you need. The food selection (buffet style) was better than expected, there's something for everyone and they also do themed nights (we had Mexican and Chinese). The all inclusive bar was brilliant, everything included - lager, wine, spirits and cocktails. We didn't use the pool but it's always clean with a life guard on duty. The hotel has tennis courts, badminton courts, squash, paddle tennis, football, basketball and ping pong. Tennis, badminton and squash all have a €7.50 charge each time, but the ping pong, football, basketball and swimming pool are all free. Massive compliment to the staff - they were incredibly efficient, welcoming and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day and the towels changed a few times a week. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was handy for keeping water and drinks from the bar in the fridge. The room also had a balcony with a table and chairs, we were lucky enough to have one over looking the pool. There are also entertainment staff who run activities for the kids. Would recommend for an affordable week in the sun!

  Had lovely family holiday at this all inclusive 3 star hotel. Buffet food was fine and staff friendly and attentive.

  Good value for money 3 star don't expect more. Hard working friendly staff. All-inclusive drinks good quality and good measures. If you're on a tight budget this may be the place for you. (now has free WiFi for guests)

  In December, pool was 15 C, really cold so kids didn't stay in that long.

  If we came back, we'd save on airport transfers and just get a cab for the 7km journey, and book directly with hotel.

  A) restaurant is too small, during busy hours of breakfast or evening you may end up in a long line for table.

  Dear Reader, Elba Lucía is a massive hotel+complex. Good location, within walking distance to some small market and few dining restaurants. Hotel has a lot in offer, ping-pong table, darts, crèche number of swimming pools, bars and restaurant and free bus that goes to near by villages. Hotel is also a dedicated stop for the bus that goes to Oasis Zoo Park. Hotel and reception staff are extremely welcoming and professional. We had half-board option and there was decent selection to choose from. However the only to cons I have are;
